And in order for Hiringmaster to enable its subscribers, Hiringmaster is obliged to process personal data. Hiringmaster will only collect the necessary data and nothing else.
Personal information can be collected from collection channels, either via the subscriber area by direct addition of candidates using the various means available to serve there, or/and via the career page of the Hiringmaster partner. And so the data is about people who are applicants to our staff ads, this includes applicants, via the collection channels, (Add all the people we can get information about them, e.g. visitors to the career page, applicants .... )

Anonymous data can be processed by Hiring master to improve its services, while respecting the rights of employees and candidates mentioned in the GDPR part.
Measures followed for the protection of personal data
Credentials: We collect passwords used for authentication and account access and store them securely.
Backup: All data on Hiringmaster is backed up daily, we will make every effort to restore it in case of loss.
Hosting and storage: All our processing and storage servers are on a data center in France, with a very high level of security and availability and certified ISO 27001
HTTPS: Any exchange or transfer of data made on the application is encrypted in HTTPS.
Payment Data: We collect the data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your credit card number and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is stored by our payment processor Stripe. You should review Stripe's privacy policy (https://stripe.com/privacy) and contact them directly with any questions you may have regarding the storage of payment data and/or the acquisition of talent by Hiringmaster partners. And in order for Hiringmaster to enable its subscribers, Hiring master is obliged to process personal data. Hiringmaster will only collect the necessary data and nothing else.
