Anonymous data can be processed by Hiring master to improve its services, while respecting the rights of employees and candidates mentioned in the GDPR part.
Credentials: We collect passwords used for authentication and account access and store them securely.
Backup: All data on Hiringmaster is backed up daily, we will make every effort to restore it in case of loss.
Hosting and storage: All our processing and storage servers are on a data center in France, with a very high level of security and availability and certified ISO 27001
HTTPS: Any exchange or transfer of data made on the application is encrypted in HTTPS.
Payment Data: We collect the data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your credit card number and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is stored by our payment processor Stripe. You should review Stripe's privacy policy (https://stripe.com/privacy) and contact them directly with any questions you may have regarding the storage of payment data and/or the acquisition of talent by Hiringmaster partners. And in order for Hiringmaster to enable its subscribers, Hiring master is obliged to process personal data. Hiringmaster will only collect the necessary data and nothing else.
